The 2008 Symposium on the Prevention of School Violence, will be once again held on the Denver campus of Johnson & Wales University in the Historic Park Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. The campus is conveniently located just minutes from I-70, via Quebec Street. The Symposium for the Prevention of School Violence is the only symposium of its kind in Colorado. The 2007 Symposium on School Safety was the first school safety symposium in the State of Colorado, and drew participants from all corners of the state. We hope that attendance at the 2008 Symposium will be even more inclusive of Colorado residents and surrounding states as well.

Approaching from North or Southbound I-25:
Exit I-25 to the I-70 off-ramp heading East. Remain on I-70 and exit Quebec Street (Exit 278). Take Quebec Street South until you reach 17th Avenue (~2 miles). Proceed on Quebec along the North side of campus. Turn right into the large parking lot at the corner of Quebec and 17th Avenue on the JWU campus. Once parked follow signs to the College of Business: Jared Polis Auditorium & Student Union.
Approaching from Westbound or Eastbound I-70:
From I-70, exit Quebec Street (Exit 278). Take Quebec Street South along the North Side of campus to the parking lot on the corner of Quebec and 17th Avenue. Turn right into the lot and park. Once parked, follow the signs to the College of Business: Jared Polis Auditorium.
