2008 Symposium Another Success!
The Foundation for the Prevention of School Violence board members would like to thank all the participants, sponsors and vendors of the 2008 Symposium, and for making it another successful year. We are pleased to announce that participants attended this year, from accross the great state of Colorado. Participants convergened on Denver from Montrose, Grand Junction, Durango, Denver, Longmont, Boulder, Pueblo and every where in-between!
2008 Symposium Details:
The 2008 Symposium featured a modified schedule from that of the 2007 Symposium. The reason for the modification and specilization of the scheudle was attributed to 2007 Symposium attendee feedback recieved through survey forms and comments emailed to the foundation. Foundation board member Kris Hefley, MS. Ed., a Marketing professor at Johnson & Wales University Denver, is currently compiling statistical data from a survey that was made availble to all 2008 Symposium attendees to make improvements for the 2009 Symposium. If you attended the Symposium, but didn't complete a survey and would like to submit your comments, please email the foundation at preventingschoolviolence@gmail.com.
